Announced that the Livability, Opportunity and Responsibility (LOR) Foundation formally approved the club request for $21,000 for club radio equipment financing.

Outlined his vision of club goals and objectives

Asked for nominations.

Reported that a repeater site has been identified.

  • Power to be paid by CWARC

  • Fence construction labor provided by CWARC, material and power equipment from DC

  • Outdoor cabinet for club gear provided by CWARC

Asked members to think about i) what do they want to do for the club and ii) what do they want to learn.

CB:

Announced that club constitution and by-laws are available for viewing online. (Sec note: all club docs are available at the CWARC website, “www.cwarc.club”.) The club membership application form can be accessed and completed online at the website. Upon request, the secretary will provide a printed paper application form.

Explained that Voter Codes will be required for online club voting. The codes ensure that only club members are able to vote, multiple voting is not possible and voting will be anonymous. Voter Codes were distributed to attendees with the request that they not be lost.

A CWARC Membership Application Form link will be on the club website landing page. It can be completed online.
