Central Wyoming Amateur Radio Club

  • Fun, social, field activities are designed to challenge all levels of radio operators and inspire them to greater skill and knowledge.
  • Orderly, regularly scheduled meetings, activities and education opportunities.  We meet on the 4th Saturday of every month, usually In Lander or Riverton.  Field Activities are generally planned at the meetings.
  • Reaching out beyond the Amateur Radio (Ham) radio community to assist and educate users of CB and GMRS Radios.
  • Building a network of Meshtastic devices to allow non-licensed off-grid text communication for the community.
  • Classes taught in a friendly and cooperative atmosphere where expert radio operators and beginners share information and experience across the generations of radio operators.
  • We are a 501-C3 non-profit organization.
