All club documents, including the Constitution and By-Laws are available to members for viewing by contacting the club Secretary Charles Burd.
Requested that any members that haven’t filled out the “what do you want to learn and do questionnaire” do so.
Asked for Field Day volunteers to identify themselves.
The Field Day club locations will be:
Riverton - JC Park
Lander - North Park
Remote mountain top - TBD

Submitted request for repeater cost quotes.
LOR Foundation grant obligates the club to spend the grant proceeds on repeater gear.
The grant funds received will be deposited in the club checking account at Atlantic City Federal Credit Union in Lander.

Presented his role as radio support for the Baker to Vegas Challenge Cup bike race.
He can help present to local organizations how the club can assist with their radio communication needs.

DW conducted votes on the following motions:
- Accept the meeting schedule of May 17, June 14, July 28, August TBD and September TBD.
Result Carried. - Participate in Field Day on June 28 with $300 budget.
Result Carried. - Move to pursue ARRL affiliation for the club.

He is interested in “Barn Raising” parties for club members radio stations and Car radio installations.
Presented on radio antenna radiation pattern using playdough as a visual aid.

He will donate a copy of the ARRL Antenna Book to the club library.

WY PBS has a possible repeater location availability on Limestone Peak. Lonny Fairfield, Chief Engineer at WY PBS is key contact.
